Phase 2

Fix the Constraint (90 Days)

What I Do:

I work alongside your team to remove the constraint we identified in Phase 1. This isn't consulting. This is execution.

Depending on what we found, this might look like:

  • Rebuilding your sales-to-delivery handoff so customers don't get surprised
  • Creating a unified dashboard so everyone works from the same truth
  • Fixing your pricing model so deals close faster and stick longer
  • Aligning product roadmap with what sales can actually sell

Once the immediate constraint is fixed, we shift to building a revenue system that compounds instead of breaking every quarter.
